Shipping

All orders are shipped via Canada Post within Canada only.
We currently do not offer shipping to the U.S. or internationally.

  • Free shipping is available on all orders over $100 CAD.

  • For orders under $100, $15 flat rate shipping.

We also offer local delivery within 35km of Ottawa, Ontario.

  • Free local delivery is available for orders over $100 CAD.

  • For orders under $100, $10 flat rate shipping.

Please allow 3–5 business days for order processing. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • Returns & Exchanges are accepted up to 2 weeks (14 days) after you receive your item.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition & packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photos, so we can make it right.
